difference (-4.9 pounds), i was a little surprised by how little weight was lost in comparison the the change in my body composition I noticed, probably because I focused a lot on weight training and muscle building and not solely just on weight loss.
what i did: weight training, kickboxing, yoga, cardio, HIIT, zumba, raving, dancing, enjoying life
weight loss: 5lbs,
i’ve never felt better in my entire life, I have so much more energy now and have a new found joy in life. I’ve gotten to really know myself these past few months and it’s been awesome.
